Once we send the email to have schedules double checked, you have 48 hrs for any changes made. After 48hours a $25 penalty will incur for any changes we have to make to the ORIGINAL schedule placed online. Changes must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL FINES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO PLAYOFFS. IF NOT, THE TEAM WILL BE SEEDED & FORFEIT THEIR PLAYOFF GAME.

Originally Scheduled Date/Time/Location: for example 9/11/2015 6:00 PM Arrowhead - Rothman
Change: for example change start time to 6:30 PM or cancel for weather
